2004-2005 ABA Season

The 2004-2005 ABA season is the fourth full season of the American Basketball Association. It started in November 2004 and ended in March 2005 with the Arkansas RimRockers defeating the Bellevue Blackhawks in the finals to win the ABA championship.

Of the seven teams that competed in the 2003-2004 season, all of them would return to play (the Kansas City Knights, the Long Beach Jam, the Jersey Squires (under the name Philadelphia Fusion), the Fresno Heatwave, the Las Vegas Rattlers, the Juarez Gallos, and the Tijuana Dragons).

Regular Season[]

The season started with 37 teams, as many teams joined after the league made perchasing a team easier. However, many teams would never finish or even start the season, as many would fold due to financial problems.
