The Phoenix Eclipse are a defunct professional basketball team that played in the American Basketball Association. The team was created in the 2001-2002 season and only played for that season. The Eclipse were based in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Eclipse played their home games at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum, where their NBA equivalent, the Phoenix Suns, once played at.

The Phoenix Eclipse were created in the 2001-2002 season as Arizona's first minor league basketball team, but folded after their inaugural season.
The name Eclipse is an intentional contrast to Phoenix's NBA team's name, the Suns.
